In Heroes Company we design uniforms based on the clients brief. Once we get an idea of what they are looking for we render a design. After a couple of iterations and approval of the design we digitally adapt them to our molds. The designs are then printed and transferred onto the fabric.  The pieces are sewn together with reinforced cross hatching. We innovated not only in form fitting designs but also in optimized fabrics for different pieces of the uniform.  In the beginning of Heroes Company I did the majority of the designs, but as the company grew I started to train designers and over see their work. I also implemented various methodologies which increased production by 8%.
